  2. Import Your Lead List

    1. Navigate to the Leads tab and upload your prepared prospects CSV file.

    2. Ensure the file is properly formatted:

      1. Columns should include Company Name and Email Address.

    3. Use Snov.io’s email verifier to confirm all addresses are deliverable and avoid bounces.

  3. Create a New Email Drip Campaign

    1. Go to the Campaigns section.

    2. Click New Campaign and choose between:

      1. Pre-designed templates tailored for specific industries or use cases.

      2. Starting from scratch to fully customize your campaign.

Screenshot of the "Select template" interface in Snov.io. On the left, a menu lists available templates, including "Template 01: Post-trade show/conference campaign" and "Template 02: Cold email campaign for Sales" (highlighted in purple). On the right, a flowchart shows a detailed email sequence with triggers, delays, and goals, such as "Opened email," "Wait 3 days," and "Schedule an appointment." At the bottom, the "Select template" button is visible.

  4. Design the Email Sequence

    1. Write an engaging and personalized subject line.

    2. Craft the email body with placeholders like:

      1. {First Name}, {Company}, or {Position} for dynamic personalization.

    3. Add a series of follow-up emails:

      1. Space them 3-5 days apart for a natural cadence. [Link to sample emails?]

    4. Tailor your content to the specific needs of your target audience, focusing on your product/service value.

      1. Follow this fantastic resource from Dripify on generating a Prospecting Email; https://dripify.io/how-to-write-prospecting-email/

Screenshot of an email editor interface with the subject line: "There seems to be a problem with your website." The email template includes placeholders such as "[MAIN PROBLEM YOU SOLVE]" and "[YOUR COMPANY NAME]" for personalization. It starts with "Hi [first_name]" and outlines selling points in brackets "[SELLING POINT 1, 2, 3]." The email concludes with a call-to-action link "[LINK]" and a closing signature format "[YOUR NAME], [YOUR POSITION] at [COMPANY NAME]." Toolbar options include "Template," "Email AI," "Variable," "Source code," "Unsubscribe link," and "Calendly link."

  5. Set Sending Limits

    1. Adjust daily email sending limits in Campaign Settings:

      1. Suggested range: 50-100 emails/day to avoid spam filters.

    2. Enable features like delayed sending and time zone adjustments for better deliverability.

  6. Launch the Campaign

    1. Preview the email sequence to ensure formatting and placeholders work correctly.

    2. Send a test email to verify how it appears to recipients.

    3. Once satisfied, click Start Campaign to begin sending.

  7. Track and Optimize Performance

    1. Use Snov.io’s Reports dashboard to monitor key metrics:

      1. Open rates, reply rates, bounce rates, and click-through rates.

    2. Make adjustments to your sequence based on performance data:

      1. Refine subject lines, email timing, or follow-up content to improve results.
