  1. Add Leads from LinkedIn

    1. Click the "New Campaign" button to start.

    2. Go to LinkedIn Search and filter profiles using your criteria (e.g., location, industry, connections).

    3. Save the filtered profiles as a list in Dripify:

      1. Name your list (e.g., "United States CEOs Software Industry").

      2. Add leads by:

        1. Option 1: Copy and paste LinkedIn profile URLs into the field.

        2. Option 2: Upload a CSV file with LinkedIn profile data.

    4. Paste the LinkedIn search URL into Dripify, select the number of leads to add, and click "Create a List."

Screenshot of a form interface titled "Create a list of leads below." The form has fields to name the list, specify how to add leads (via LinkedIn Search or pasting profile URLs), and include a LinkedIn search URL. A field below specifies the number of users to add to the list, with "2500" and "max" checked. A "Create a list" button is visible at the bottom.

  2. Create a Lead Generation Campaign

    1. Choose or Create a Campaign Sequence:

      1. Select a pre-built template or create your own. Mike recommends: Custom Campaign.

      2. Example: Build a lead generation campaign with steps like connection requests, follow-ups, and messages

Screenshot of a step in a workflow labeled "2. Create a sequence," with the instruction "Select a sequence from one of our pre-built templates or create a custom one." Four options are displayed as templates: "Lead Generation" (icon of a funnel), "Endorse My Skills" (icon of a smiling person surrounded by notifications), "Extra Profile Views" (icon of a magnifying glass over a profile page), and "Custom Campaign" (icon of gears). A "Select template" button is at the bottom.

  3. Design Your Sequence:

There are lots of options here. First I am going to tell you the #1 campaign that I run and what I recommend you start with:

Mike's Recommendation: Simply connection without message

    1. Follow the sequence in this screenshot. Send an Invite without a message. If they don't accept, withdraw in 6-10 days.

Here are all the options you could use if you wanted to get fancy. But don't get fancy, just be simple πŸ’ͺ

    1. Add actions for connection requests:

      1. Include a personalized note with variables (e.g., name, company).

    2. Set delays for follow-up actions (e.g., 3 days if the request is not accepted).

    3. Add actions such as:

      1. Liking a post.

      2. Viewing a profile.

      3. Following the profile.

    4. For accepted connection requests:

      1. Set a delay (e.g., 1 hour).

      2. Warm up the lead by endorsing skills.

      3. Send a personalized message or alternative message for missing variables.

    5. Split Automation Based on Responses:

      1. Use conditions like "If Replied" to tailor follow-ups.

      2. For non-replies, set delays and send additional follow-up messages.

  4. Screenshot showing a LinkedIn automation sequence editor. On the left, a flowchart outlines actions such as sending an invite, liking content, viewing a profile, and following, with specific time delays in between. On the right, there is a message input field with pre-defined personalization buttons like "First name," "Last name," and "Position." Below, options allow for splitting automation based on replies or views, with checkboxes for these conditions. At the bottom, there are "Apply" and "Next" buttons.

  5. Finalize and Launch the Campaign

    1. Name Your Campaign: Give it a descriptive name.

    2. Select Skipping Criteria:

      1. Example: Skip prospects without profile pictures.

    3. Optional Integration:

      1. Use Zapier to connect Dripify with tools like Google Sheets, HubSpot, or Asana.

    4. Save and Launch:

      1. Dripify will start processing leads from LinkedIn.

      2. Note: It may take a few hours for all leads to appear in the "Leads" tab.

Screenshot of the "Summarize and launch" step in a LinkedIn automation campaign workflow. The campaign name is set as "Lead Gen - United States," and an optional Zapier integration field is shown. A "Do not process if" section includes checkboxes for conditions such as "Same leads found in other campaigns," "No photo on lead's profile," "Less than 500 connections," and "Having free LinkedIn account," with the first two options checked. At the bottom, there are "Back" and "Save & Launch" buttons.

  6. Monitor and Manage Your Campaign

    1. The process is fully automated and cloud-based, allowing you to close tabs or shut down your device while Dripify continues working.
