To create a lead list from a Chamber of Commerce Member Directory, follow these steps:

  1. Access the Member Directory:

  2. Search for Members:

    1. Use the search bar to filter members by keywords, categories, or alphabetically

    2. To get all the members to show in a search, try using the City, State, or State Abbreviation as the search term. That works because all the members should have that search term in their street address

  3. Collect Member Information:

    1. For each listed member, note down:

      1. Company Name

      2. Address

      3. Phone Number

      4. Website

  4. Compile Data into a Spreadsheet:

    1. Open a spreadsheet (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets).

    2. Create columns for each data point: Company Name, Address, Phone Number, Website.

    3. Enter the collected information accordingly.

  5. Verify and Update Information:

    1. Visit each company's website to confirm details and find additional contacts, such as email addresses or key personnel.

  6. Save and Utilize Your Lead List:

    1. Once all data is compiled and verified, save the spreadsheet.

    2. Use this list for outreach or marketing campaigns as needed.

Note: Always ensure compliance with data protection regulations when collecting and using contact information.

The page displays a categorized list of industries and services, including "Advertising & Media," "Agriculture, Fishing & Forestry," "Automotive & Marine," "Computers & Telecommunications," and many more. A keyword search bar is at the top with an alphabetical filter for navigating categories. The navigation menu includes links like "Home," "About," "Membership," "Advocacy," "Resources," "Events," "Trade Show," and "Jobs."
